What GUYS should KNOW about 'that time of the month'

I'm sure most ladies feel very "misunderstood" when it's 'that time of the month'. If as a guy you've ever been around a lady at that period (pun intended), then you know we can sometimes be a lot to handle. A lot to handle, but not difficult to handle, in fact very easy! No, i'm not being sarcastic (-_-)

Women have different errr "symptoms" at this time, so be sure to study your woman, or better still, just ask her, so you'll be sure how to act when the time comes. Also take note that these "symptoms" may start about 2 weeks early for some. No, i'm not trying to scare you, just being a good friend *big grin* Extra info: These symptoms are called PMS (Google it) in case you didn't know, *hint* I hear chocolates help ease these symptoms...you're welcome!

So i'm going to let you in on the few things I know about this time of the month...yea yea you're welcome again!

#1. It is NOT a plague
Men, women don't suddenly become a plague sent to torture you for 3-5 days monthly. Some of you men tend to avoid women during this time, but women don't bite...okay maybe some might, but understand that this is not the universe trying to punish you for some wrong you may have done, just don't avoid your woman, and this brings me to my next point...
#2. Women actually want TLC
Fellas, forget that your woman acts like she wants to shoot you or bite your head off, or acts like you're an irritating bug on the wall, just still give her love and attention. Funny enough, this is one time women need it most...just be patient and try not to get angry. She really can't help it, just brave it out. *taps you on back* I know you can do it.

#3. She said it, doesn't mean she meant it
It is possible that maybe some women use the period thing as an excuse to say nasty things, maybe oh! I don't know...but honestly, most of the time, women really don't mean those hurtful things they say, they're just angry, but not angry at you...even though the anger is most definitely might be directed at you.

It's best if your brush it off and say, "it's the period talking" but please, say it in your head and NOT to her. Oh, and for the love of peace, do not ask a lady "are you on your period?" whenever she's acting up, because she'll have you for breakfast, lunch and dinner. #JustSaying

#4. Every emotion is heightened by 'one million to infinity'
Yes, some women will probably cry easily during this time, or when they are happy...they get super excited (Hint: try to make your woman laugh a lot during this period). Oh and the bad moods are just like dark clouds ready for a storm, I suggest you run for cover.
