Shirt
Shirts are usually the first thing that come to mind when you think about borrowing from his closet, there are numerous ways to style this. It also depends on the kind of shirt. T shirts are easier, just roll up the sleeves (if it's an over-sized t-shirt), throw on a pair of nice heels, chunky necklace, a fabulous bag and you're all set!
For button down shirts, you can wear them as dress shirts, with no bottoms, this depends on how large the shirt is, cinch in the waist with a slim belt, heels, jewelry, a hat, skinny jeans or leggings and voila! It's like magic!

Jeans
Yea I know they now make "boyfriend jeans' for ladies, but where is the fun in that? I say go into his closet and get yourself one of his! You can even get creative and give it the "ripped" or "distressed" look, but please don't say I sent you oh!
These can be glammed up with any kind of shirt or even a blouse, you can wear heels, sneakers, loafers...anything really, just get creative with your style.

For those of you that are following trends, you;ll know that "slouchy" fashion is in right now...it's basically wearing over-sized clothes but in a stylish way. His jacket will help you stay up to date with this trend.

Okay, let's come back to Africa now. I love hats, and have always thought about experimenting with different ones. Came across a post on
Cassie's blog and I fell in love with the look and the idea. You know those hats men wear with their native attires? Yea, those ones, you can totally rock them with your outfit. This is one I am looking forward to trying.
