2013 is finally here!!! WHOOP WHOOP!!!
HAPPY NEW YEAR beautiful people! I am completely giddy with excitement for this NEW YEAR!...it holds a lot of promises....
2012 was a great year! Packed with a lot of drama, emotions, lessons learned, friends made and lost and love found....2012 taught me a lot, the turning point in my life occurred in 2012....i'm extremely grateful to God for that year...its just like yesterday....Oh yeah! It was yesterday! LOL!
I'm grateful i'm alive to see this new year, and if you're reading this, you should join me in giving thanks too because not everyone was allowed the opportunity...(May their souls rest in perfect peace).
I'm also thankful for YOU! yes you my darling readers....i won't be writing this post today if it wasn't for your support! THANK YOU SO MUCH for being amazing! We're going to have an awesome 2013 together...that's a promise!
I got a BC (Big Chop:cut off my hair) towards the end of 2012 ...i basically just needed a fresh start...i look at it as a symbol of all things new in my life, a fresh start; a new me, a new perspective to life...in this NEW year! hehe...so my new life journey has begun...
New year resolutions anyone???
Well...i have set a few for myself and by God's grace, i shall achieve what i set out to...One of my major goals is to take my blog to higher heights, I have so much amazing stuff in store for you my darling readers...2013 is going to be super super AMAZING for me and you...just believe.
If you don't have any resolutions yet, i suggest you set some, no matter how little....it will give you a sense of purpose this year, it would serve as some sort of driving force and when you achieve it, you would feel extremely good with yourself...so go ahead and create a list; correct the mistakes of last year, implement the lessons you learnt last year, work on getting a better attitude...focus on being a new and improved version of YOU this new year!
