I fell in love with peplum style clothes before i even knew what it was called, and i'm sure you're wondering as well...'what is a peplum?'
A PEPLUM is a short overskirt or ruffle attached at the waistline of a jacket, blouse, or dress.
The Peplum overskirt starts at the waist and begins a small A-line ruffle, which is what gives the illusion of a smaller waist.
Peplums started out life in the 1800′s and have now found their way back into fashion.
It does a wonderful job at accentuating the proportion of the female figure which is one of the reasons why it has become a really huge trend today, plus it is very classy!
Rules of wearing a peplum :
Voluptuous body, keep it tight!
Slim body, keep it loose!
